Matthew 5:28 equates some thoughts with its executions. So if you can’t get rid of such thoughts why not make it real? It is not more sinful but it could be much more fun. Because realizing ideas usually takes more time than just having ideas you sin probably less by doing instead of only thinking, making it easier for Jesus to forgive you. If you want make the job for Jesus even easier you can follow verses 29 and 30, i.e. castrate yourself.
