Chief Midegah has been making quite a splash in Mormon circles recently!
He claims to have a collection of birch bark scrolls with ancient Native American hieroglyphs that, when properly interpreted, support Mormonism and its teachings.

Listening to a bunch of modern day witnesses fumble and mumble their description of the scrolls makes all the witnesses to the plates sound that much more silly because the witnesses to the plates probably sounded exactly like these guys on the sympathetic podcasts…. Of course I’m the one being deceived.
