Radio Free Mormon: 86: RFM v. BYUPD: The Coverup Continues

In this podcast, Radio Free Mormon documents the facts leading to the conclusion that the BYU Police Department is refusing to release information damaging to the LDS Church.  This is information that no police agency, acting on its own, would normally try to hide.  Because of this, in a second round of public disclosure requests, RFM wants copies of documentation relating to who is making these decisions to not release this information . . . and why.  Unsurprisingly, the BYUPD is refusing to release this information, as well.  Looks like we are headed back to the Utah State Records Committee on appeal!  Listen in on everything that has been going on behind the scenes, and why it is RFM is scheduled to have his case heard by the Utah State Records Committee on September 12, 2019.

  1. Thanks for staying on this. No matter what anyone think of McKenna, this post I did does bring out how the LDS / Brighamite church is controlling the police and the judges.

I also bring it out in this recent post.

If Helaman (LDS 6:22-27) (RLDS 2:146-152) does not sound like what happens in LDS Temples along with what members in politics and the law do to protecting the LDS / Brighamite church, and how and why many courts of love [of power] are conducted I don’t know what does. (see McKenna Denson a force for good for examples and Bishops are JUDGEs of Israel for explanation)

    Helaman (LDS 6:22-27) (RLDS 2:146-152)
22 And it came to pass that they did have their SIGNS, yea, their SECRET SIGNS, and their SECRET WORDS; and this that they might DISTINGUISH a brother who had ENTERED into the COVENANT, that whatsoever wickedness his brother should do he SHOULD NOT BE INJURED BY HIS BROTHER [upholding their kingdom], nor by those who did belong to his band, who had taken this COVENANT. 23 And thus they might murder, and plunder, and steal, and commit WHOREDOMS and all manner of wickedness, CONTRARY to the LAWS of their COUNTRY and also the LAWS of their GOD. 24 And whosoever of those who BELONGED to their band should REVEAL unto the WORLD of their WICKEDNESS and their ABOMINATIONS, should be TRIED, not according to the laws of their country, BUT ACCORDING TO THE LAWS OF THEIR WICKEDNESS, which had been given by Gadianton and Kishkumen. 25 Now behold, it is these SECRET OATHS and COVENANTS which Alma commanded his son should not go forth unto the world, lest they should be a means of bringing down the people unto DESTRUCTION. 26 Now behold, those SECRET OATHS and COVENANTS did not come forth unto Gadianton from the records which were delivered unto Helaman; but behold, they were put into the heart of Gadianton by that same being who did entice our first parents to partake of the forbidden fruit— 27 Yea, that same being who did plot with Cain, that if he would murder his brother Abel it should not be known unto the world. And he did plot with Cain and his followers from that time forth.

Not to mention that the temple ceremonies that the sons of Aaron performed in the tabernacle, which later was done in the temple, were sacred but not secret as they written in the first five books of the Bible which are also known as the Torah.

    1. Amen on Helaman warning that the corporate/Brighamite/masonic temples being far more akin to the works of secret combinations and Gadiantons than anything God has revealed or approved of (as the BoM also states God is NOT about secrets).

It’s both baffling and not baffling at the same time how the church claims to believe in the Book of Mormon but also thinks that all of the warnings and messages therein apply to everyone except it when the whole Book was written specifically to, for, and ABOUT the church. Re-reading the BoM with that in mind was a huge key factor in my awakening.

  2. RFM….what prevents BYU Police from shredding documents and so forth if they choose? And,…suppose they release some of the correspondence, what prevents them from holding back some as they feign compliance with releasing some but not all?

    1. BYU has been ordered by the state of Utah not to destroy any records as their police department is being decertified. The judge would not be too happy if they distroyed anything due to the ongoing court case. Someone would be held in contempt of the court, possible felony. It would turn a civil case into a criminal case.
