The phrase “reasonable person” kept coming up, and not in a positive way for the plaintiff. Imagine being told over and over by a judge that you were not reacting the way a reasonable person would react.
In response to the gentleman who noted that “a reasonable person” was invoked repeatedly in reference to Jen Kamp with “not” preceding that appellation – in general, consider our judicial system was created by and for men. Just something to consider. With regards to John Dehlin, I appreciate all that he has brought to the Postmo/exmo space. That being said, there are many former female colleagues and coworkers who have stated that John Dehlin has treated them poorly. Consider Donald Trump. He often says (and his supporters) he has done nothing illegal (debatable). But, has he acted ethically and/or morally? I think John has had some ethical lapses in his interactions with females, and he would do well to heed the feedback and make some changes.
You’re seriously comparing John Dehlin with Donald Trump? Come on.
